Raindance, the largest independent film festival in the UK, needed a way to keep attendees up to date with current event status, including last-minute changes, across a complex multi-location program. The festival also wanted to reduce the need for printed advertising materials and give users easier access to schedules, film details, tickets, filmmaker profiles, and location information.

Meeting Application provided a festival app with an agenda, line-up details, ticketing, public discussion, maps with GPS guidance, and sponsor and partner profiles. Raindance said the app delivered the expected features and more, saved time and resources by eliminating printed advertising materials, and helped increase engagement; the app recorded 3,425 sessions, 31,789 screen views, and a 79.09% schedule views rate.
