Knoxville Kidney Center, a single-location nephrology practice serving more than 5,000 patients, faced the challenge of integrating clinical, financial and administrative workflows while embedding specialty-specific quality measures into point-of-care documentation to improve outcomes and meet payer and accreditation requirements.
