Swing Therapeutics sought to determine whether a largely virtual, hybrid decentralized trial would be feasible for a fibromyalgia population, with a focus on patient compliance and site preparedness. Medrio delivered the ePRO platform and alerting workflows that enabled BYOD data capture and remote visit support, resulting in 97% patient compliance, higher patient engagement, increased site productivity, and reduced administrative burden. By combining Medrio’s flexible workflows and notifications with telehealth follow-ups, Swing Therapeutics collected timely data, simplified scheduling, and validated the feasibility of a largely virtual trial.
