A Medrio Case Study
Medi-Tate Ltd., an Israel-based medical device company developing the iTind system for BPH, was hindered by paper CRFs and an inefficient query process as it prepared a large, multi‑site Phase III study (15 U.S. sites, 170 patients) that required near-real-time remote monitoring across time zones. To overcome these challenges, Medi-Tate selected Medrio’s EDC solution.
Medrio deployed its cloud-based EDC with rapid study build, remote monitoring, flexible pricing and 24/7 support, and trained roughly 60 Medi-Tate staff quickly. The change yielded measurable benefits—CRF build time went from about a week to a day for subsequent studies, queries decreased, data became immediately available between U.S. sites and Israel, and Medi-Tate is planning five more studies on Medrio.
