Taking back control of accounts payable

Victaulic, a global manufacturer of mechanical pipe-joining, flow control and fire protection systems, faced slow, paper-based accounts payable processes that made invoice lookup, approval tracking and reporting time-consuming and costly. To modernize AP and gain better control, Victaulic selected Medius and implemented Medius’ cloud-based AP Automation, integrated with their Infor M3 ERP.

Medius delivered a cloud AP Automation solution with configurable workflows and three-way matching that enabled touchless processing for PO-based invoices and real-time visibility into outstanding invoices and bottlenecks. As a result, Victaulic achieved about an 80% automation rate at its European HQ, cut invoice workflow time to under five days, freed AP staff for higher-value work, and enabled remote processing and faster supplier payments thanks to Medius’ integration and analytics.
