Salinity gets full control of their invoice processing with MediusGo

Salinity, a salt producer since 1830, needed full control and end-to-end automation of its invoice processing to reduce manual work and speed up monthly financial close. To address this challenge they chose Medius and its accounts payable automation solution, MediusGo.

Medius implemented MediusGo integrated with Salinity’s ERP (Garp) to auto-load PO data, automatically match invoices, and automate accounting and approver distribution for non-PO invoices, with mobile approvals, searchable digital archiving and dashboards. As a result, Medius enabled Salinity to eliminate much manual handling—allowing matched invoices to be sent straight for payment—save time, improve invoice searchability and tracking, and gain better control over the invoice flow and monthly statements.
