OVHcloud, the French cloud computing group with operations in 19 countries and over 2,000 employees, needed to modernize and accelerate its expense-reporting process and move to a zero-paper approach. After finding its legacy tool slow, manual and lacking mobile and OCR capabilities, OVHcloud selected Medius’ expense-management solution to centralize and automate expense capture, tracking and archiving.

Medius implemented a cloud-based, mobile and OCR-enabled platform with customized dashboards and real-time tracking across 18 countries (12 active daily), enabling centralized control at headquarters and legal cloud archiving where applicable. The deployment delivered measurable impact: end-to-end processing for a 10-item report fell from 57 to 14 minutes (about an 80% time saving), bookkeeping time dropped 70–80%, employee approval rose to 92%, and support responsiveness improved operational efficiency—highlighting Medius’ rapid rollout and tangible ROI.
