Møbelringen accelerates touchless invoice processing with optimized AP automation

Møbelringen, a Norwegian furniture retail chain with 69 stores and an e-commerce site, faced a labor-intensive accounts payable process: invoices arrived on paper or email, were routed around the country for approvals, and AP staff manually matched invoices to purchase orders (about 80% of invoices). To digitize and streamline AP, Møbelringen selected Medius and implemented Medius AP Automation, later augmenting it with the Medius Elevate advisory program.
