With Medius/Expensya, Kerry Logistics centralized expense data, enabled mobile receipt capture with OCR+, and used the per diem module to automate travel allowance management. The result was a much faster process that now takes about one day, plus lower costs and less administrative work: monthly provider fees fell from 800 euros to 140 euros, while the accounting team saved 2 to 3 hours per month and employees saved 30 minutes per expense.
