Kennards Self Storage, one of the largest self‑storage operators in Australasia with over 90 centers across Australia and New Zealand, needed a secure, cloud‑based accounts payable solution that would integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and simplify a previously manual, paper‑heavy invoicing process. They selected Medius and its Medius AP Automation to meet those requirements.

Medius implemented its AP Automation (integrated with Dynamics GP), moving invoices online, automating routing and approvals, and providing full visibility and audit trails across both countries. As a result, Kennards eliminated filing cabinets, distributed AP work across the month, reduced manual tasks, saved on paper and postage, and cut AP headcount from two FTEs to 1.75 despite growing from 60 to 90 centers (≈50% increase in invoices), delivering clear efficiency and scalability gains.
