J.J. Taylor Companies, a U.S. beer distributor managing over 960,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space and more than 1,000 employees, faced excessive manual work and poor visibility in accounts payable: their document management system couldn’t handle high‑volume supplier invoices (notably Miller Coors) or expense‑based non‑PO invoices, making accruals, forecasting, and reporting nearly impossible despite processing roughly 60,000 invoices per year.
