Exsitec worked with Office Management to integrate Medius AP Automation into their ERP via a single connection, fine‑tune settings and train users; as a result Medius now automates almost all invoice processing, doubled processing efficiency, kept the accounts‑payable team the same size despite growth, reduced staff turnover, improved inventory control and lowered environmental impact (digitizing invoices yields notable kWh savings). Medius AP Automation also minimized manual coding and errors, shifted focus to exception handling, and delivered measurable time and cost savings.
