GoStudent, one of the world’s leading EdTech tutoring providers, faced growing inefficiencies across accounts payable and procurement as it scaled: manual invoice processing, labor‑intensive two‑way matching, poor spend visibility, and unstructured approval workflows that caused delays, errors and compliance risks. After a detailed RFP and stakeholder interviews — including a required NetSuite API — GoStudent selected Medius to modernize its AP and procurement operations.

Medius implemented its AP Automation and Procurement solutions, integrating with GoStudent’s NetSuite instance and going live with core functionality in under three months. The Medius platform digitized invoices with AI/ML/OCR, automated two‑way matching and PO approvals, consolidated vendor master data, and eliminated double bookings and overpayment risk. As a result, GoStudent gained real‑time spend visibility and tighter cost control by category, cost center and project, reduced duplicate POs and pricing errors, and can now process invoices far more quickly with ongoing support from Medius.
