Dynapac automates invoice processing with Medius AP Automation

Dynapac, a global manufacturer of road construction machines, faced high invoice volumes from a widespread supplier base with invoices in many formats and frequent PO matching needs. Dynapac has been using Medius AP Automation since 2013 and moved to the cloud version in 2018 to address these challenges.

Medius implemented its cloud Medius AP Automation solution, integrating PO matching with Dynapac’s SAP S/4HANA via a dedicated connector, adding built‑in capture to remove external scanning, and providing digital approval workflows and dashboards.
