Medius delivered an integrated, Oracle‑connected Spend Management platform that automated workflows, approvals and sourcing events; two Medius‑run eAuctions produced 56% (FM) and 28% (PPE) cost reductions (about $520,000), Durham reached 80% of targeted savings within 18 months, realized $3–4M average annual procurement savings, achieved 100% user compliance and a 95% requisition‑to‑PO conversion rate, removed paper from purchasing and improved sustainability (including back-to-back Green Gown awards).
