Corilus, a Belgian healthcare software provider with about 400 employees across six locations processing roughly 10,000 invoices per year, lacked visibility into who placed orders, which invoices were open, and how budgets were tracking. After evaluating seven providers, Corilus selected Medius and its Medius Accounts Payable (AP) Automation to deliver an end-to-end invoice management solution that could integrate with their ERP and give company-wide insight.

Medius rolled out Medius AP Automation remotely during the pandemic, combined with webinars and training so staff could adopt the system; employees now handle about 80% of cases directly in the platform. The solution delivered real-time visibility of invoices and purchase orders, leading to time savings (fewer misrouted invoices), cost savings from identifying unnecessary supplier contracts, greater departmental budget awareness, and an overall professionalization of Corilus’s AP process.
