Southeastern Interventional Pain Associates, a three-physician pain management practice in Atlanta, faced a restrictive EHR that limited template customization, forced manual paper workflows between the practice and its ambulatory surgical center, and provided slow, unresponsive support. After a nine-month review they chose Meditab Software’s IMS (IMS Clinical EHR and IMS Manager practice management) to gain pain-management-specific templates, greater flexibility and better vendor support.
