The Arc of Livingston-Wyoming, a private nonprofit that supports over 1,100 children and adults with disabilities and employs more than 760 staff in upstate New York, needed a modern platform to streamline compliance, boost collaboration, and increase visibility ahead of the state's move to managed care.
