Sidney Health Center, a not-for-profit community-based medical center serving Montana’s MonDak region, was facing staffing and resource shortages after an EPIC system conversion left them with an aging backlog of accounts receivable. To address the high volume of A/R that internal staff could not manage, they partnered with MediRevv for hospital and physician billing support.

MediRevv worked the aged A/R placements and ongoing book of business, helping Sidney Health Center reduce backlog, liquidate uncollectible accounts, and identify workflow opportunities to improve future collection performance. As a result, MediRevv decreased A/R greater than 90 days from date of service to 13% of its original value, delivering significant recovery on the initial placements and ongoing support for older insurance A/R.
