Providence St. Joseph Health’s St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare needed a way to better manage a complex, multi-physician revenue cycle while keeping leadership focused on clinical growth, value-based reimbursement changes, and rising operating costs. To address these challenges, Providence St. Joseph Health partnered with MediRevv for end-to-end revenue cycle management across its full business office, including patient access, coding, billing, insurance A/R follow-up, payment posting, auditing, and quality assurance.

MediRevv took over the Heritage business office and rebadged about 225 employees, providing an outsourced, integrated revenue cycle model designed to improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden. The partnership produced strong measurable results, including a 98.86% net collection rate, a denial rate of 5.9% (down 10%), and a first pass claims rate of 95.12%. Providence St. Joseph Health reported a seamless transition, improved efficiencies, and better overall financial performance.
