Powering Eskenazi Health’s Integrated Asset Management & Cybersecurity Program

Eskenazi Health, a 315-bed healthcare provider, needed better visibility into its connected medical devices. Although its CMMS processes were strong, the hospital struggled to identify and update legacy and newly deployed assets, leaving device vulnerabilities hard to see, risk assessments unclear, and remediation priorities difficult to set. Medigate’s cybersecurity and asset management platform addressed this gap by providing a comprehensive, dynamic inventory of connected devices.

Medigate delivered a risk-scored asset inventory with device details, communication mapping, security posture, and network status, along with remediation guidance and integration to Eskenazi Health’s CMMS and Cisco ISE. The result was a more mature asset management and security program, improved staff coordination and morale, and a major inventory correction: Medigate identified 3,700 devices versus the 2,235 previously recorded, including outdated assets that had not been properly decommissioned.
