A MediaValet Case Study

Preview of the Potatoes USA Case Study

The US Potato Board Selects Mediavalet to Share Digital Assets with 2,500 Farmers

The US Potato Board (USPB), which represents more than 2,500 potato growers and handlers and is the largest vegetable commodity board in the U.S., needed a centralized, easy-to-use way to share up-to-date videos, logos, photos and marketing materials. Previously assets sat on hard drives with limited internal access and were sent piecemeal by email or cloud links, creating workflow bottlenecks and compliance risks under strict copyright rules.

After an RFP the USPB selected MediaValet, a scalable, secure and globally accessible digital asset management platform with an intuitive interface. MediaValet now gives all 2,500 members immediate access to a growing library (about 85 GB today, increasing by ~50 GB/month), streamlining distribution and ensuring members only use approved materials.
