Case Study: Monumental Sports & Entertainment achieves streamlined creative workflow and brand consistency with MediaValet

A MediaValet Case Study

Preview of the Monumental Sports & Entertainment Case Study

How Monumental Sports & Entertainment transformed their creative workflow with MediaValet and Wrike

Monumental Sports & Entertainment (MSE) is one of North America’s largest integrated sports and entertainment companies — owning six professional teams and managing 12 properties including arenas and a media network. Before implementing a DAM, assets were scattered across cloud storage and local drives with no single owner or consistent process, making source files hard to find, wasting designers’ time on admin tasks, and risking inconsistent branding across teams.

MSE hired Lori Meyers to implement MediaValet as a centralized DAM and Wrike for project management, then integrated the two to create a single workflow: requests in Wrike move through creative and marketing review and approved files publish directly to MediaValet. With defined taxonomy, roles, Branded Portals per team, and controlled upload permissions, MSE now has a one-stop repository of on-brand assets, faster handoffs, reduced administrative work for designers, and measurable time and cost savings.
