A MediaValet Case Study
HelpMeSee is a nonprofit that trains cataract specialists using a high-fidelity eye surgery simulator. Faced with terabytes of creative assets scattered across drives, email and a legacy MAM that lacked video/audio support and usable metadata, the organization needed a single, secure system to centralize assets, enable brand‑friendly search, set permissions, and reduce time spent hunting or recreating content.
HelpMeSee implemented MediaValet (integrated with Wrike), migrated 10,000+ assets, and built a clear taxonomy and metadata schema with defined user roles. The result: faster, more autonomous access to assets, streamlined project collaboration and secure sharing, reduced rework and time/cost savings for creators, and improved cross‑team communication supported by responsive customer service.
