Experian, a global information company with ~17,000 employees across 45 countries, faced a major challenge during a 2016–2018 brand refresh: how to ensure a cohesive, consistent brand and make thousands of new assets accessible to marketing teams, partners and agencies worldwide. James Carter, Experian’s Global Brand Manager, led the effort to find a digital asset management (DAM) solution that would be easy for everyone to use and support collaborative, cross-region implementation.
Experian selected MediaValet for its intuitive interface, strong customer service and flexible, tailored onboarding. Using a phased rollout and training, the company launched the DAM globally by January 2018; today it stores about 10,000 assets, sees high adoption across business units, has improved brand consistency, reduced requests with lightbox sharing, and continues to expand value through usage monitoring and planned integrations.
