To support increased content production the marketing team needed a digital asset management (DAM) system to streamline syndication of partner donations, track asset usage, and speed up curation and collaboration.
Brand USA chose MediaValet to host its 50 TB media library, adding custom online forms for partner content donations, usage tracking and a Drupal integration for faster webpage updates with approved assets. The result: faster creative production, improved processes for collecting partner content, and stronger security and accountability around how assets are used.
