Trinity Mirror, one of Mediaspectrum’s long-time customers, needed to dramatically reduce costs as it managed a complex set of advertising and editorial systems built up through acquisitions. With more than 140 print titles and 500 websites, the company wanted to consolidate multiple legacy platforms onto a single, unified infrastructure using Mediaspectrum technology.

Mediaspectrum implemented its full software stack, including AdWatch, ContentWatch, mobile apps, self-service advertising, and the Adrenalin mobile platform. The results included a 30% reduction in operating expenses, an 80% reduction in production expenses, and annualized self-service advertising revenue of £10m within the first six months, while also enabling new digital and tablet publishing channels.
