How CAVAL Uses MediaSilo to Effectively Manage their Media

CAVAL, the French sneaker brand led by Creative Director Benoit Habfast, struggled with thousands of campaign images scattered across desktops, external hard drives and Google Drive, which forced the team to share files via Slack and email. To centralize and simplify their workflow they turned to MediaSilo’s cloud-based media management platform, using its project/folder structure, tagging features and robust search capabilities.

MediaSilo migrated CAVAL’s entire library into a single cloud repository, enabled bulk tagging and a MECE-based tagging scheme, and provided Global Search to filter by tags, uploader or date. As a result, CAVAL can now find and share assets from one place—Benoit says they “don’t ask on email or Slack anymore”—allowing the team to focus on creative campaigns and marketing rather than asset management.
