Microsoft University Recruiting engaged MediaPlant to modernize their portfolio of sites by migrating from classic SharePoint to SharePoint Online. Their challenge was to create a more user-friendly experience with a consistent, branded look and feel while improving content discoverability for their internal audience.

MediaPlant designed and implemented the solution using out-of-the-box SharePoint Online web parts enhanced with custom design elements. They migrated and reorganized content across the sites and developed a complex set of PowerApps application forms with integrated Power BI dashboards for program management. MediaPlant also architected a custom PowerApps tool to help users search for recruiting contacts. This provided the client with a modernized, efficient, and branded platform for their university recruiting initiatives.
