Publicitas Miami was hired by Visit Florida to drive iOS-only installs of the “Florida Guia Oficial” travel app across Mexico. The challenge was to reach a niche Latin American audience with impactful mobile creative and quickly scale installs for an app targeted to travelers.
Publicitas used MediaMath’s Upcast platform to run mobile in‑app campaigns, deploying a mix of banners, full‑page and MREC units and optimizing with both iPhone and iPad creatives. The campaign drove a 500% month‑over‑month increase in installs in Mexico, and that campaign month accounted for more than 50% of the region’s year‑to‑date mobile app installs.
