Worldpay, a global payments provider supporting more than 1,000,000 merchants and processing over 40 billion transactions annually, faced high daily call volumes and lacked the insight to classify call types and optimise marketing-driven inbound sales. To solve this, Worldpay chose Mediahawk to deliver a custom call-tracking solution, including API-driven integrations and Google Analytics linkage.

Mediahawk implemented multiple call-tracking integrations, used the Mediahawk API to sort callers by CLI, and fed call data into Google Analytics via Custom Dimensions and Metrics. This allowed Worldpay to identify and reduce business-service hang-ups, remove IVR routing on product pages so callers reached telesales directly, and re-order IVR options on non‑brand campaigns so sales leads reached Sales first — improving customer experience, reducing dropped calls, increasing sales and helping Worldpay achieve 100% marketing attribution.
