Lighthouse Healthcare, a provider of specialist services for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs, wanted to understand how effectively its website generated inbound phone enquiries and to monitor responses to online and offline campaigns. Marketing Manager Hayley Dyche engaged Mediahawk to provide dynamic call tracking so the organisation could count calls and assess the quality of each enquiry.
Using Mediahawk’s call-tracking solution, Lighthouse was able to attribute calls to specific marketing channels, identify that 70% of calls came from print (largely the Midlands and North West), and reallocate budget accordingly. Within two months they shifted almost 60% of print spend toward online activity, cut ineffective calls by nearly 20%, improved cost per response and demonstrated the success of a recent website relaunch thanks to Mediahawk’s reporting.
