The Department of Education approached Media Shark with a challenge to develop a robust IT solution for managing scholarship processes for the National Industry PhD Programme. The goal was to streamline the application process for this significant government initiative, which aimed to introduce 1,800 Industry PhDs over a decade and benefit 42 Australian universities.

Media Shark designed high-fidelity UI/UX prototypes and then developed two fully operational software prototypes over a nine-month project. The solution was built to usher in a new era of efficiency for the programme's IT scholarship processes.
