Media Genesis partnered with Cooper Standard Industrial and Specialty Group (ISG) to address the challenge of its outdated and separate parts catalog database. The customer needed a new, user-friendly design with improved functionality and search capabilities that could handle its immense inventory of over 1,200 parts. A key requirement was that the new section be integrated into the existing Cooper Standard ISG website and allow for internal administrative updates.

The solution implemented by Media Genesis was the design and development of a new parts catalog section using the Drupal 8 CMS, selected for its customizability and scalability. A significant achievement was optimizing a feature that generates downloadable PDF comparisons for search queries, reducing the generation time from 45 minutes to under 30 seconds.
