American Society of Employers streamlines onboarding with Media Genesis for immediate LMS access

Media Genesis partnered with the American Society of Employers (ASE), a Michigan-based not-for-profit providing HR resources, to redesign its website. The challenge was to seamlessly integrate three key third-party systems—a Content Management System (CMS), a Learning Management System (LMS), and a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)—into the new site to manage content, e-learning, and customer data effectively.

The solution from Media Genesis involved extensive planning to map existing functionality before designing and developing an automated user setup. This eliminated a manual approval process, giving new users immediate access. They also integrated the LMS directly with the CMS, removing the need to duplicate course catalogs.
