Stanford needed a robust platform to manage resident training, accreditation, billing, and complex reporting across 79 residency and fellowship programs, with thousands of residents, fellows, coordinators, and finance users all documenting activity in different ways.

MedHub implemented its platform with Stanford in a fast-track deployment that went live across more than 70 programs in under five months, including customized contracting, reporting, billing, and access features. The result was stronger workflow, better data quality, and improved oversight, with more than 250,000 logins, over 1,000,000 evaluation questions completed, 135,000+ procedures logged, and $60 million in reimbursable revenue supported by the system.
