Mississippi State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine needed a better way to manage program administration, scheduling, evaluations, and accreditation documentation. Relying on Excel spreadsheets for scheduling and CoursEval for rotation evaluations created inefficiencies and left the college without clear visibility into coursework, instruction effectiveness, and competency coverage. MedHub, through its E*Value suite, was brought in to help streamline these processes.

MedHub implemented the full E*Value Suite along with the Optimization Schedule module to centralize scheduling, clinical case logging, curriculum mapping, rotation site management, and evaluations in one platform. The result was a major efficiency gain: lottery scheduling time dropped from 2–3 months to less than one month, faculty and student evaluations became real-time and anonymous, and administrators gained clearer insight into required rotations, competencies, and areas of overlap or weakness.
