A MedHub Case Study
Washington State University’s College of Pharmacy needed a better way to manage the growing complexity of its experiential education program as enrollment nearly doubled and student, site, and scheduling demands increased. MedHub’s E*Value platform was used to support the Office of Experiential Services in organizing key student and program information.
MedHub’s E*Value became a central repository for immunizations, scheduling, preceptors, affiliation agreements, assessments, and evaluations, helping staff handle six APPE rotations per student with far less manual effort. The solution improved productivity and efficiency, streamlined reporting and portfolio creation, and gave the team faster access to the data they needed to support 620 PharmD students across 325 practice sites.
