The IMC Group, an OEM founded in 2007 that designs and manufactures environmental monitoring systems, was operating with fragmented systems (separate stock, sales, finance, CRM and engineering tools) and lacked core manufacturing functionality. After around four years with 45 users, The IMC Group reports strong adoption, streamlined processes, reduced duplication and ongoing discovery of new functionality; customisations have been achievable at reasonable cost and remain compatible with future upgrades.
