Top-10 Pharmaceutical Company needed to standardize their diabetic polyneuropathy trials by digitizing paper "body map" pain assessments to reduce inefficiencies and errors. They engaged Medable to co-create and own a digital body map solution that would simplify on-site collection of participant pain data and templatize the form for future trials.

Medable led a three-month, iterative build with the client's Clinical and Medical teams to deliver a fully customizable polyneuropathy digital body map and accompanying training videos for sites and participants. Medable’s solution increased efficiency in data submission, enabled reuse of pain-map templates in future trials, improved site workflows for patient-reported outcomes, and helped participants better articulate pain—leading to improved adherence.
