PUC partnered with vendor MECOMS to implement an advanced billing solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX to modernize its processes for serving 80,000 residents.

MECOMS implemented its billing module solution, which enabled automated business processes, meter reading via terminals, and precise client billing. The new system significantly improved efficiency, reducing back-office processes that used to take days to a single button push. The solution benefits 70 internal users and all 80,000 residents, with the project completed and operational within one year.
