MECOMS enables Dalia Power Energies to offer discounted electricity tariffs to their business customers

Dalia Power Energies Ltd, an Israeli private electricity producer, needed a new billing platform to support 15-minute metering with Peak/HI/LO timeframes for its business customers, along with contract management for multiple connections per contract and a smooth prospect-to-customer lifecycle. Vendor MECOMS provided the product platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics AX, to address these utility-specific requirements.

MECOMS implemented meter data management, contract management, billing, and interfaces with metering data from the Israel Electric Corporation. The system went live with all required data loaded and streamlined, and complex calculations were confirmed correct, enabling Dalia Power Energies to manage business processes without delays and focus on electricity production. The solution also shortened implementation time and reduced risk thanks to MECOMS’ utility expertise and support for Israeli market regulations.
