WeLive, the co-living brand from WeWork, set out to create a digitally connected living experience that would foster community while still providing the convenience and security of a modern apartment setting. To support this challenge, MCW Solutions was brought in to deliver audiovisual applications, network and teledata, and security and surveillance systems.

MCW Solutions implemented top-tier AV equipment and network infrastructure across the building’s studio “neighborhoods,” shared kitchen and living areas, and resident app ecosystem, while also adding IT hubs on each floor for seamless connectivity. The space was further protected with access control and intrusion detection throughout, resulting in a fully connected, secure environment for residents, though the case study does not provide specific measurable metrics.
