Technical Resources International Inc. (TRI), a corporate organization in Bethesda, MD, wanted better connectivity with clients and greater use of its existing and future voice and video investments. MCW Solutions addressed the challenge by working within TRI’s audiovisual applications and unified communication/collaboration environment, where the existing Lync Room Systems were too “locked down” to support flexible independent and group use.

MCW Solutions implemented a more adaptable collaboration system that improved availability for both individual users and large meetings. It also designed a simple control mechanism that detected when a divider wall was open or closed, automatically adjusting the audio system to match the room configuration, resulting in a more seamless and effective meeting experience.
