ScienceLogic, a corporate customer in Reston, VA, needed a cost-conscious audiovisual solution that would support collaboration across a mix of spaces, including conference rooms, training rooms, reception, and pantry areas. MCW Solutions provided audiovisual applications designed to support local presentation and collaboration from a PC desktop, whether in dedicated rooms or on a user’s own device.

MCW Solutions implemented a system across eight rooms with commercial monitors of varying sizes, CATV connectivity, and tuners. In each room, users present wirelessly by default, with HDMI available as a backup at the table and automatic input switching when a source is detected, creating a simple and flexible meeting experience.
