Modera Mosaic by Mill Creek Residential, a multi-family and mixed-use property in Fairfax, VA, wanted a distinctive audiovisual experience for its lobby, residence floors, clubrooms, fitness center, and outdoor amenity areas. MCW Solutions provided audiovisual applications to help create a more engaging, upscale environment for residents and visitors.

MCW Solutions designed and developed the AV system, including a seven-screen LED TV mosaic video wall in the main lobby, ceiling speakers, LED TV wall mounts, and a Crestron touch screen to control music and TVs across the amenity spaces. The result was a synchronized, real-time visual centerpiece that elevated the lobby’s aesthetic and supported seasonal content changes throughout the year, giving Modera Mosaic a dynamic resident experience.
