Logistics Management Institute - Customer Case Study

Logistics Management Institute (LMI) relocated its headquarters to a 165,000-square-foot, LEED-certified office in Tysons Corner, VA, and needed a fast-track technology buildout to support a more collaborative, innovative workplace. MCW Solutions was engaged to deliver audiovisual, network and teledta, and UC&C services across the new space, including 38 rooms and areas such as reception, executive conference rooms, large multipurpose rooms, and collaborative meeting rooms.

MCW Solutions implemented a coordinated AV and teledata solution that supported room-by-room delivery with HITT Contracting, while also designing a digital signage and streaming media platform for content distribution inside and outside the LMI network. The result was a scalable, role-based system that could manage live or archived meeting content and digital signage across the headquarters, helping LMI meet occupancy demands and improving conferencing and collaboration capabilities in the new $3 million project.
