Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory in Laurel, MD, needed an upgraded audiovisual and collaboration environment for the first-floor renovation of its facility, with a fast turnaround and support for demonstrations around Android devices. MCW Solutions provided audiovisual system design, installation, and project management, along with security and surveillance services.

MCW Solutions implemented a user-friendly, visible, audible, and cost-effective solution built around a two-operator workstation with mini PCs and web cameras for web conferencing, plus a video teleconferencing system using Pexip Infinity. MCW also installed two 84-inch interactive LED LCD displays and now supports the building’s security analytics, helping emulate live field video scenarios and delivering a flexible demo and collaboration space.
