Brown Advisory, a banking and financial services firm with offices in Maryland and New York, needed updated collaboration and security technology for its office spaces. MCW Solutions was brought in to provide turnkey audiovisual design and build services, IT cabling, and security systems to support modern conferencing and controlled server room access.

MCW Solutions installed dual 60-inch commercial-grade LED displays, VTC codec equipment, a tabletop VoIP conferencing phone, and a high-definition PTZ camera to improve meeting-room communications. It also added a fingerprint and face recognition reader integrated with the existing S2 Security Access Control System, and trained staff on both the conferencing and biometric systems, resulting in a more seamless, secure, and user-friendly office environment.
