The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) in Arlington, VA wanted to transform its first-floor conference and event center into a modern, high-impact space that could increase revenue, showcase the U.S. Army mission, create a “wow” factor, and support high-quality remote collaboration. MCW Solutions stepped in after an earlier AV proposal lacked detail, working with the architect and AUSA leadership to define the technology needs across the main conference room, pre-function area, executive board rooms, and breakout space.

MCW Solutions delivered an integrated audiovisual, network, teledata, UC&C, and security solution featuring large-format displays, Christie MicroTiles media walls, VBrick streaming, Pexip video collaboration, AppSpace digital signage, Mersive Solstice sharing, Biamp audio, and Avigilon security. The result was a flexible, centralized system that could display, stream, record, and collaborate in real time, supporting local audiences of up to 200 and remote participation for over 500 users. The installation was strong enough to power high-profile presentations by Army leadership and set the stage for future expansion and redundancy at the planned National Museum of the U.S. Army.
